At the Sunshine Coast on New Year’s Day, a dominant win by POSSIBILITIES was a wonderful start to 2026. The daughter of So You Think (NZ) jumped well and jockey Ryan Maloney settled the mare midfield behind a moderate tempo for the 1,400 metres event. Despite racing three wide, POSSIBILITIES travelled comfortably and once balanced in the straight, Ryan angled her into clear galloping room and she lengthened sharply to win in commanding fashion. He commented post race that it was a great win and that she will also be effective over further in trip as the preparation progresses.

POSSIBILITIES was a 2023 Magic Millions Gold Coast yearling purchase from the draft of Newgate Farm and is out of Stakes placed Encosta De Lago mare Zutara.
