Cosmic Force is an exciting young sire. A Group 2-winning son of Deep Field, he was a dominant two-year-old with exceptional speed. One of his most memorable performances came in the Group 3 Pago Pago Stakes, where he won by an incredible 7.3 lengths, breaking the race record. He also placed in the Group 2 Roman Consul Stakes, a race known for producing future top class sires. Cosmic Force is doing a tremendous job this season. Only Too Darn Hot and Castelvecchio have sired more Stakes Winners and only these two stallions have a higher percentage of Stakes Winners to Runners than Cosmic Force. Using the two metrics, number of Stakes Winners and percentage of Stakes Winners to Runners, Cosmic Force is ahead of stallions such as Alabama Express, Super Seth, Blue Point, Tassort and Exceedance.
This colt is the third foal from broodmare Scotia, the half-sister to G2 winner All Roads, out of the multiple Stakes Winning dam, Dancing Daze, a talented mare herself, excelling in competitive New Zealand racing.
